Head of People

We are seeking a Head of People who will be responsible for the full cycle of HR management, accountabilities include strategic leadership, talent acquisition and development, performance management and employee engagement, leading on diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging, change management and organisational development, legal and ethical compliance, delivering high-quality people-related processes, whilst proactively seeking opportunities to improve and innovate.

Role Details

  • Salary: £55k - £63k per annum, dependent on experience (pro rata if part time)
  • Time commitment: Full or Part Time will be considered (min 22.5 hours per week across 3 days)
  • Hours of Work: 9:00 am - 5:30 pm, normally Monday to Friday - Flexible working conditions will be considered.
  • Based: LFA Headquarters, Walham Grove, London SW6 1QR

Head of Education and Student Experience

The post holder is responsible for setting and maintaining the academic standards to ensure that learning is excellent, teaching is outstanding, curriculum provision is world class, student retention and progression targets are achieved, and a supportive and inclusive learning environment is created for all stakeholders, promoting engagement, creativity, and personal growth.

Role Details

  • Salary: £55k - £63k per annum
  • Hours of Work: 9:00am – 5:30pm, usually Monday – Friday, occasional weekend working may be required depending on company needs. Hybrid working will be considered.
  • Based: LFA Headquarters, Walham Grove, London SW6 1QR
